The first quarter of 2025 saw some intriguing trends among the top pirate games on iOS in Costa Rica. Based on data from Sensor Tower, these games displayed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active user engagement.

Sea of Conquest: Pirate War from FunPlus International AG showed fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at about $41 in mid-January before falling to $9 by late March. Downloads started strong at 63K in early January but dwindled to zero by mid-March. Active users initially hovered around 108K, gradually decreasing to 42K by the end of the quarter.

Pirate King Legend, developed by Wenzhou Wanqiu Network Technology Co., Ltd., experienced a sharp decline in both revenue and downloads. Initial weekly downloads were at 129K, dropping to 34K by the second week of January, with revenue following a similar trend from $44 to $13 over the same period.
